Entertaining and it works
Pretty simple stuff to understand but needed to be told by someone this way that thinks the same way I do. I'm 33 and love to eat huge meals. I am ex defence and it wasn't so bad while I was active, but age and injury slows you down and you get lazy. I can moderate the grog intake but completely cut out the fructose. Lost 6% of my starting body weight in 3 weeks so far. My clothes don't fit. Must have been all the hidden sugar because I'm not much of a sweet tooth. That Sugar Film also helped but I read this book first. Very good for someone like me.

Overall good read
I liked the book and way the message about sugar, obesity and what it does to your body is delivered, couldn't be any simpler. Lots of good ideas and useful facts.
Pass the 3/4 way however, I started to become bored and lost between rugby, French, Hitler and other unnecessary reference/stories.
