Interesting

Oddly enough I really enjoyed this book and I didn't think i would because of the synopsis but the main character turned out to be very likable unlike most female main characters that are created. She's not weak or a crybaby and she shows up to fight and let's you know who boss

Funny and a character like me. Quality writing, engaging story and characters with a pleasing, easy to listen to narrator.

Great story!

I won this audiobook in a giveaway. The story is a funny paranormal with a 40+ year old female lead heroine. Her maturity and no nonsense attitude is refreshing! The storyline is interesting and entertaining! Kick butt fun & scenes! Loved the story! Ms. Fortgang did a wonderful job bringing the story to life by providing unique voices for each character and appropriate tone inflections for each scene!

New to me

I have been looking for a new series of fiction, laddie I found it. I thought I could never find one as good as I have been listening to, with the perfect narrator as well. Then here I sit blown away, the book is fantastic but it's nothing without the narrator that can do dialect, different voices, and I just love it. Thank you both

Lauren Fortgang---The perfect narrator for this book.
The two together make for an amazing read / listen and I can't wait for the next book. I'd buy the whole series now if I could.
