I think Traction is one of the best business books that I’ve ever read. It’s definitely in my top five and it’s essentially how I run my business. This book was very helpful to do a deep dive into the data component of the EOS system. We have had a companywide scorecard for many years, but because of this book we will now be developing department scorecards and focusing more on the one number for each team member.
