Informative

This audio book was good. Everything flowed easily and the narrator spoke clearly. My biggest concern was during the final question and answer section (chapter 19). Somewhere around question 70 the narrator stated giving the answers (with explanations) to the questions before stating all the options. I hope someone who has “interest” in this audiobook reads this review and correct the issue. Overall, I would recommend this book.

Helped me pass my exam! Highly recommend!

I loved this book! The narrator is one of the best narrators I've heard out of all of the books I have listened to, it IS Georgia State specific, and best of all it is the ONLY thing that truly helped me pass my exam. The content was relatable, understandable, and the more complicated subjects were well broken down. I loved the pdf that came with it, it was great for doing vocab with my flash card app. There were a few minor mistakes in the audiobook, but nothing that your average intelligence level human can't cope with.
Five out of five stars for sure! Would highly recommend!

Where is the pdf???

I Can’t find the pdf in my library. The audio is great! Very helpful and easy to follow.

The information given and the voice of the narrator

Book was recorded with poor quality, there is a constant humming/motor noise in the background. And the chapters are not aligned with the narrative description.

Audio Book Review

This audio book version provides necessary content, the narrator's voice is pleasant and easily understood. There are some glitches, for example on chapter 19, beginning at question 79, the answer to the multiple choice test question is read out and explained BEFORE the end of the question.

This is not Georgia specific...I purchased this with hopes of learning Georgia real estate laws along with national laws

A lot of errors especially in the quizzes/tests

I bought this audible to give me familiarity with real estate prior to taking a course. It did just that. There are flaws though. Some answers are wrong and if you’re following along with the pdf the audible is labeled 2 chapters ahead. Also, when scrolling in the pdf the pages don’t match with the number at the top as you scroll. Easy mistakes to catch yourself though once you notice the patterns. Overall, this book provided me with a okay introduction before the course, but I have a lot of studying to still do.
