A thrilling saga
This is the next book in what I call the Mafia saga. This is Aleksei's story. He meets Willow when she comes to kill him. She doesn't succeed and he takes her as punishment. Only, they find that they are attracted to one another. There is a HEA and I really enjoyed the story!

Fabulous
I love this book it was over the top gritty and oh so mouth-watering, panty-dropping ecstasy this book was smokin hot with an intriguing storyline that kept me thirsty excited and on edge from the very beginning to the jaw dropping end a perfect dessert to a long day
This is a five-star read all around and I love Jack narration

Wonderful!
Another great mafia book by Piper Stone! Aleksei part of the bratva and Willow an assassin sent to kill Aleksei, he knew of her plan all along and is waiting for her. Aleksei has a plan of his own and Willow will be his. Narrator Jack Calihan does an amazing job with this story and characters.

Riveting!
Wow! This whole series so far is amazing, but this story, imho, is the most intense and suspenseful. The heroine, Willow, was not my favorite. She caved sooo quickly under Alexis I was grateful for the story and plot to be so exciting. Jack Calihan was perfection! I was captivated by his performance and panty melting accent of Aleksei. This story was everything you want in a dark mafia romance and more. Piper Stone is an amazing writer.

OMG!!
Piper Stone can definitely do Dark Mafia Romance! This was wonderful! I love all the ups and downs and twists and turns! The characters were well done!
And Jack Calihan!!! Wow! His russian accent!!! And he is a great alpha man!!🔥🔥

intense
The heroine was a pawn in her brother's master plan of greed. She developed a Stockholm syndrome relationship that worked for them. Tense, compelling , and sizzle. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life

Wow!! What a story. It was thrilling from the beginning to the end. I stayed up all night listening to this audiobook. I have read some of your books and you are a great writer. Jack is a fantastic narrator. He has such a sexy voice. I loved his Russian accent he used to tell the story.

Getting tired of authors
I’m getting tired of authors who start with a strong female and then make her a submissive cow. Stick to a f$&@ing storyline and character.

Not so dark but still ok
This is described as a dark mafia romance but out of all the dark romances I’ve listened to this book is pretty tame. Even the BDSM aspect is pretty tame as well. My only real complaint is the MFC just wasn’t all that believable. She starts out as a trained assassin but through out the rest of the book she makes terrible errors and comes off as meek.
