Great Story
Great Narrator
I Really enjoyed this book and the story line...bonus was the narrator was good. I really suggest this book!!! So worth the buy!! or credit and it was HOTT!!! AND SEXY!!!

Slow beginning

The narrator was very breathy and slow. I would prefer to not listen to another book by this person

One of the best yet!

I loved this story, contains all of my favorite things, intrigue, a strong heroine, a broody alpha male, and enough heat to set your ear pods on fire. So happy our couple found forever together.

Narrators female voice is awful

Overall the book was pretty good. However, the narators female voice in this was simply awful. He made her sound like a petulant child most of the time. It definitely took away from the story for me and although I liked this author, I would not listen to any more that he has narrated. His male voice is fine, can't do the female.

Very Dark

Piper Stone has created an incredible book that kept on the edge of my seat. Thomas Locklear did a wonderful job and I could really picture the character with his voice. I wish that there could have been a female to play Lola. Otherwise it was awesome.

Thomas bring this dirty little story to life with his amazing vocal talent and performing skills. I live when audiobooks sound like they have a full cast but few narrators can accomplish it. Even his female voice is in point. Not in a squeaky feminine way but in a sultry, husky adult way. It’s easy to get lost in a book with him reading. Piper has quickly become one of my favorite authors this is my 3rd book written by her and I love that she doesn’t stick to just one genre. ##CristinasAudiobookObessions

Great Book!!

I loved this book, wonderful characters & story. I really liked the narrator's voice for the male characters but it was pretty deep for the female parts. He grew on me eventually but I do prefer narration done by a male/female team. Didn't spoil the great story though !

I really enjoyed this book and look forward to reading another one of Piper Stone’s books. Excellent author!

Not a Favorite Mafia Story

I’m on the fence with how I feel about this book. I liked it, but I had some issues with it as well. I like the dark and dangerous alpha male. . .and Jagger certainly fits that bill. . .however, having read quite a variety of BDSM stories, I found his form of dominance abusive. He seemed to be all about him for quite a while before he started to care for Lola. For her part, Lola initially presented as a strong woman shattered by her recent tragedy. I’m fine with her being submissive, but I would have liked to see her with more of the backbone she started with. I felt like by the end she was a doormat.

Overall, the concept of the story was good, but some of the execution was off for me. This is my first book from Ms. Stone, but I will certainly try her again. In addition, I listened to the audio version narrated by Thomas Locklear. He did a great job bringing Jagger to life, but I felt like he fell a bit short with Lola.
