Narration difficult
The story in this one was interesting enough but also a bit predictable. Narration made it a tough listen. The narrator voiced the protagonist in a way that made her sound dim witted. She’s not.

Worth the listen
The sing-song cadence the narrator used for Natalie’s voice drove me crazy. Not sure why narrators take such liberties (this was more than just a tone for the character, it was extremely distracting), it can affect the whole book. Overall though, I enjoyed the book!

Keeps You Hooked Throughout... but...
I really enjoyed this book. I liked the suspense and the detailed realistic components of every scene that a reader would wonder about. I gave the book 4 stars because I was utterly disappointed in the ending. I found the ending to be out of sync with the rest of book and how it was portrayed. I am now wondering if there will be a sequel. The writing style is phenomenal and I could not put the book down...but I am very disappointed in how it tied together. Not many "twists" during the storyline but it was still incredibly suspenseful. Fantastic narrator.
