I had it figured out... and I was completely wrong

lot of turns that I didn't see coming. was entertaining and kept you engrossed.

Good premise, whiny protagonist

I wanted to like this more. I really liked the idea of the story but the main character had times when she was either whiny or completely irrational that it pulled me out of the story and I’d comment out loud about what she had said or thought. Just wasn’t for me.

Great Story!

Loved it! Nice description of characters and actions. Loved how it kept you guessing until the end.

A Lifeless Ending

I couldn’t believe it was over—I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop to enhance the what I hoped wasn’t the real climax. Didn’t happen.

Main character is stuck on stupid.

The main character is mentally a moron. So many clues and she takes forever to catch every one of them. This story could have been told in half of the time. Don't waste a credit or your money.

Very Good Story. I really liked Skylar. Her mom I didn’t like at all. People make their own choices; it’s Not someone’s fault what they choose. Great narrator. Joyce

Too far fetched

The narrator was so slow I had to listen on 1.1 elements of the story were drawn out and unnecessarily long. The end was underwhelming

Too Long

Story moved along slowly. No real shocks or twists. Kept hoping there would be something more. I never want to hear the word collage again.

A Little Slow but Worth the Credit

I enjoyed the book, but it seemed to move a little slow. I would find myself frustrated with the main character not connecting the dots. It seemed obvious right away that X was connected to Y in a few situations, but it took a long time to get there. With that said, I listen to a lot of these books, and in “real life” you’re not always looking for a twist. In that sense, the main character was realistic. Overall, it’s not my favorite and it’s not my least favorite either. I don’t regret my purchase.

Excellent storytelling

Loved the reader's voice and how she interpreted the words in the book. She definitely made the listening more interesting!
