I love all of Marie Forces books but this series is my favorite! I can’t stop listening and will be really sad once I’ve completed it.

She uses the term "tight with tension " to much. actually, shouldn't say it at all. That's literally what tension means (something is tight) so tight with tension is unnecessary and repetitive. it's just little things like that, irk me. I'm sure I'll still finish the series.

I like the series but I have some pet peeves

This book has all the feels along with the murder mystery and the usual police department issues. The characters are always enjoyable. There are some very short, difficult parts in this story. I love that Nick and Sam have expanded their family. I really love this book. The performance is very good.

I have read this series from the beginning. At the first page I was in love with the characters. I am constantly smiling, laughing, being shocked by this series. The books remind of JD Robb In Death series but not set in the future. A must read for those that love a little mystery and a whole lot of romance!!!
