Awesome making it difficult to put down - I’ve read all so far and moving on to next right now -

Way too good for just 5 stars

The writing was phenomenal Marie has ripped the heart and soul from my body. I was a bucket of tears while reading this book. Brovo Marie BROVO. well done dear lady.

Narrated voice

Absolutely best voice for Audible books , Eva’s voice really carries the story like a movie .

Terrific wrap up, but with a shocking twist.

One of the best in this series. Great performance by Eva to convey all the excitement and emotion.

Third listen for this whole series-amazing narrator!

This series continues to engross and surprise me. Every book in this series gets better & better!

Great Series!

I was skeptical at first but I find that I often start at book 1 and relisten to the entire series like we used to marathon SVU et al. Great series!

The plot holes and stumbles kill me though. I won’t get into all of them too specifically but if we made such a big deal out of Harry going with Nick at the end of the last book, we might not mess that fact up at the beginning of this book. Also we are back to “vanilla and lavender scent lotion” in this book after it turning to “vanilla and lilac” last book and next book, it will be vanilla and jasmine.” If you keep bringing it up, you should make certain you’re consistent.

All of that aside, love, love, love! Eva Kaminsky is awesome. I have a hard time on the narrator switches in this series simply because the other narrator is too bubbly for a homicide detective. Thank goodness it’s only on a couple of titles.

Great characters, suspense, action, performance

The characters in this book are so well written and so "alive" that when Skip dies, I teared up. The whole scene is very powerfully written. One of the major threads through this whole series is wrapped up in this book. The suspense and action were excellent. It's a very entertaining and touching book. The performance is very good!!!
