One of her best!

It takes a lot for me to give a five star review. A LOT.. This book took me by surprise when I could not stop listening as I fell in love with the characters. All of the characters. At one point I felt myself getting choked up and couldn’t believe…I mean, maybe for an epic Kristin Hannah novel, but part of a series? It was just that good. What a great start to a new series that will be a pre-purchase in the future!

Love Marie but narrator too much

True Marie Force fan here but had to switch to reading the book. Narrator just too hard to listen to. Every single consonant at the end of each word does not have to be sounded out. I listen to hours of audio books and this was bad.

One more hit by Marie

Great story on grief and finding love again. Narrators did a great job. I’ll be looking forward to the next! Keep it up, Marie! xoxo

Attention: Lisa Edgar

I have been waiting for months to read and listen to this novel! I haven’t finished it yet but I expect it to be wonderful, as Marie Force has yet to write something I didn’t enjoy. However, I DON’T appreciate reading the happy ending in the review above. Lisa Edgar- you realize you spoiled the plot twist for the millions of us who haven’t read or listened to this book yet, right? How about you edit your review so the HEA isn’t ruined? Please and thank you.
Jeez, you would think people would be considerate of others but apparently not. I’m sure Marie Force loves reading wonderful reviews but please join her FB page specifically made to discuss the books. That’s where people list the spoilers and discuss the book, so as not to spoil it for everyone.

PS- Narrators are awesome. Sebastian York could read the dictionary and I’d be happy. =)

Great story !

Love the new story for Derek and Roni and the fabulous spin off from the fatal series. Look forward to seeing where these new characters go

I loved Ronnie’s story

Oh my word. This story had me in all the feels. The narration was amazing, and it was awesome to get glimpses of Sam and Nick. I can’t wait to continue the series.

Another

Another great start to a new series. I’m so happy that the Wild Widows series started with Roni’s story.when I first read about Roni I had wondered at the time what would happen to her, and now I have an answer. As always, Marie Force brings her characters to life that makes one feel like they are on for the ride, with all its ups and downs. I am looking forward to see what the future rings to the others in this group.

Worth the credit

This book did not disappoint! I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews on anything but just had too this time. I am a huge fan of the Fatal Series & First Family series. I HIGHLY recommend them, while it is not necessary to listen/read either of those series to listen to this spin-off series they do dive deeply into the history of Ronnie & Derrick and the circumstances that made them a widow & widower . The author as well as the narrators do a wonderful job taking you on a ride of ups & downs making you FEEL all the emotions of the characters so just know you might shed a few tears.

Someone Like You

Marie did an awesome job of making this story real. Not only does she get the emotions and feelings right but also making the reader realize that is no right or wrong way to grieve. That grief is different for everyone. Great series. Highly recommend not only this book but her Fatal Series and her First Family Series as well. If you haven’t read any of the others, start with Fatal Affair, which starts all of this story.

wonderful for a new widow

A great story with good pointers for someone grieving the loss of a beloved spouse.
