great content, monotonous reading

this is the first time i have heard about inviting God to walk your health journey with you, and frankly it is refreshing and very welcome! i have started implementing the recommendations about praying before every meal for God to moderate my appetite and have started seeing how bashing myself about my weight does not honour God who created this vessel that is my body. This book is a mindset change and i can already see the big difference its making in my life to not walk this alone, but have God alongside me in this journey. I have thoroughly enjoyed the contents of this book and it has not been wasted on me. My only complaint is that in the audiobook, Kim reads in a very monotonous tone that does little or nothing to engage the listener. i found my mind driffting off to the sound of her voice and had to make a conscious effort to pay attention, else i would miss out on whole sections of her reading. I feel someone else might have done a better job at "animating" the reading, but non-the-less, its still a good book

Very relatable

It’s inspiring and encouraging. It renewed my mind in a lot of ways. Also reminded me to get fit with God just like I did before. Just what I needed to to start anew in my fitness journey. Thanks Kim! And also audible for the free audiobook. Such a great help!

Loved it, loved it, loved it.

It's awesome to find a book whose author really, really lives out what she's telling you to do. This is not always the case. Kim is amazingly fit and she loves Jesus. And I love her for it!!!

Kim is a practical woman with Godly insight

I have listened to this audio a couple of times. This is inspirational and practical. Just what we women need. Not a quick fix but a reality based process with many growth opportunities along the way. Thanks Kim!!!!

Life transforming

Loved every bit of it. It was honest, inspiring, challenging and practical. Her fire for God and passion for Godly parenting was both refreshing and challenging. I highly recommend this book for anyone who has tried dieting on and off and have come to the end of themselves.
