Great continuation of the first book

Wonderful presentation by the narrators. Book 2 kept my interest and didn't disappoint. The story continues the crazy, dangerous journey to Alaska before it is too late for humankind. Just picked up book 3 on audio. So excited to jump into it!

Can't finish it

Review for audio version: I really liked book one. I cannot finish this one. Tried for several hours and gave up. The narration absolutely ruins it IMO. Different narration for the same characters depending on whose viewpoint it's from. I'm sorry, by the female narrator has a style that is just, well, grating to be honest. We started this book on a road trip and neither my spouse nor myself could go further. I'd like to know what happens, but I'm not willing to pay 2x so I can read it.
