all I can day is that I need more!! Great book, great narration, awsome storyline.

Creative w new perspective

Excellent book w creative subject matter I have not read before w the apocalyptic genre. The storylines are unique- thought provoking- I want another book ASAP please!! I always wondered about wild animals/zoos etc. w apocalyptic scenarios-this book tells the story from first hand account from young girl-including the good and bad!!

Should be a Series!

Loved this book. Different and interesting enough to wish for a series or at least a sequel. Definitely enjoyed Raven and her impressive and clever strength.

Slow moving

Kyla Stone is our favorite writer in the prepper genre, and we've been looking forward to a new book coming your from her.
But boy this book was really painful to listen to. Just feel like there were way too many descriptive details about all the zoo animals etc. how would that help any of us if this actually went down in the US? And the amount of stupid decisions made by Raven were exhausting.

Not on par with her other books

I've listened to all of her post-apocalyptic books and enjoyed them immensely. This one fell short. The premise was good, but Raven made so many bad decisions, it got hard to root for her. And killing all those animals was so unnecessary. There was no closure for me and there were a lot of loose ends she didn't tie up. It felt like the author got tired of writing the book and rushed to end it. The only saving grace was the narrator.
