Fantastical well written

New creatures are introduced as the story progresses, but the characters are well developed over the trilogy.

Character development was excellent

Thoroughly enjoyed this series. Kind of sad to see it end, but only because I’ve got to start looking for my next favorite story now. Would definitely recommend this series. Also a big fan of this author’s time travel series in Middle Falls.

WILD RIDE

What an incredible journey with all three books.
I loved the characters and at times I found myself wishing they were real. What an incredible imagination.
I absolutely love the narrator and how he gives voice to each character, even Hanum.
Don’t pass this series by. You won’t be sorry.

Every time I stop or pause the book, it starts over at the beginning. Not sure if it's the book or the audible software. None of my other books do this.

Nice way to pass the time

Until last year I had never heard of Shawn Inmon. That being said, I was looking for some decent "time travel" centered stories. After finding the Alex Hawk series, the stories grew on me very quickly. There will be some people that will nitpick that many of his stories are basically the same, but I find that to be true with many authors. They find something they like or that they have a good imagination about, in Shawn's case, time travel/portal stories, and run with them. I found myself excited as I waited for this last book in this series to drop. And much like the Alex Hawk series, I am sad that this trilogy is over. I look forward to what Shawn writes next. Oh, Johnathan McClain, the books narrator, is also among one of my favorites as well and does the books justice!

Shawn Inmon keeps up the great storytelling!!

Wow what a turn of events the last 2 hours! Inmon os my favorite Author. Everything is always so fun and always a great ending.
