Editorial Reviews

Greta Christina's Bending is a collection of erotic short stories. These are not delicate fantasies, but hot and fearless tales of power plays, violent sex, risky Internet escapades, religious spankings, and even some rainbow on unicorn action. Imaginative and well-written, these stories don't meander long enough to develop complex characters or intricate plots; they cut right to the good stuff. Christina's husky voice tells these wild tales without flinching. Her passion for every lusty word makes these stories lots of fun and totally red-hot.

Publisher's Summary

These are not nice stories. They're filthy. They're fearless. Some are even funny. Greta Christina's erotic stories are written to get you hard and wet - and to change the ways you think about sex. Be forewarned - stuff happens here that's borderline consensual. Or not at all consensual. These are dirty, kinky stories about shame, about pain, helplessness and danger, reckless behavior and bad, bad ideas.

A baby dyke is manipulated into fetish porn by her beautiful, self-absorbed pornstar lover. A good Christian wife follows her duty to obey, even as her husband's sexual demands become bizarre. A student, hungry for punishment, seeks it from a professor who should know better. A woman with a dedicated fetish finds a lover who meets her more than halfway. And then there's the one about the unicorn and the rainbow. Raw, exciting, joyful, intensely believable, Greta's stories are written with a fierce respect for erotic fiction - and for sex itself.

Author says this is PORN for the MIND

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

If you realize these stories are meant to stimulate the mind, and bring your fantasies to the forefront. It is well written, well narrated and VERY HOT. I wish Greta Christina would do more audio books like this. (I have to say I've listened to other books listed in erotica, that were much more offensive, because they give you the feeling of really bad things happening to people with out consent. Here it is just bending the rules a bit. I found all the stories very enjoyable. .

What was one of the most memorable moments of Bending?

Every story had something to make it different from the other and like I stated I enjoyed them all.

What does Greta Christina bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She wrote the book and narrated it beautifully. That is rare in audio books. Most authors just don't have the voice for narration. Christopher HItchens , did , Greta Christina as well

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, these were short stories, so you could start and stop. However they were all so enjoyable and many a real turn on. It was hard to turn it off

Any additional comments?

I wish Ms Christina would write and narrate more like this. I recommend it highly.

Bending—Not Breaking

People may not know it now, but this will be the most influential erotica book of the decade... not for its commercial effect on romance, like 50 Shades, but rather its political and aesthetic effect on how we are going to talk about the truth of sex and desire.

Yes, it’s avant-garde, but only in its daring. Its narrative and Greta’s performance are spellbinding, like any good story. It’s scary. It’s sexy. It’s enraging. It makes you want to shut the door and be all by yourself. That’s. really. good.
