Pandora’s box has been opened. The Pantheon of Emerilia has gone through tremendous changes the event of Myths and Legends suppressed.

Warships now move in the stars, made of soul-gem constructs, built by mages and engineers, crewed by those who lived on Emerilia or within Earth’s simulation. The Deq’ual system stands with Emerilia, their brothers and sisters, and their family and fellow human descendants. The Jukal Empire will not let Emerilia rise peacefully.

As empires grow, so, too, can they be toppled. Only one can remain; in their biggest gamble yet, they must pass through the fires of war, empire against empire.

Finally made it to the last book... I don't want to leave Emerillia yet. I loved the series completely. There are 11 books in it for one thing. What more could a reader ask for in a series.

I know some people might say that Dave is a bit overpowered. But consider this: You, yourself are a gamer. You love your preferred online game. Then one day there is a patch and you happen to find some sort of combination of skills that are COMPLETELY broken. Obviously that will be nerfed in the next patch BUT if it were real life you would keep it. Even before that patch to balance it out would be dropped you would revel in that power fantasy that you live through as you use said broken combination. In a book, we live the fantasies that we cannot in this life. If you want to live another life through these pages I highly recommend you pick this book up and turn the page. SADLY this is the last book so posting this review with these words is kind of redundant, but hey I like an informed and complete knowledge of what I have read for my reviews.

On the other hand. "The Two Week Curse Book 1 of the Ten Realms."
Barring life complication with Michael Chatfield, for which I pray are none. Considering Emerillia is a 11 book series and the title of his series here has "TEN" Realms... I think we can safely say there will be at least 10 books. I have already gone through the first four books.

My first impression was that it started slow, but the build up was needed to plot a course and then take us along for the ride. Though if I were to make a comment, I think I'd like more personal growth in the two main characters, in book four it stagnated a bit too much. All for the purpose for telling the story of what the two main character have done in the world so far, which is needed don't get me wrong and the fourth book is a really good book. I just feel as though it ended a little roughly, missing a bit of content.

Now back to the main subject of Emerillia.
Michael if you happen to read this review, not that you have a chance to change it now but a little thing I noticed. The last time you went through Daves Stats. Specifically his classes. You uh.. forget something? Maybe copy and pasted an older one? I seem to remember Dave not picking up a Manager position a second time due to reasons kinda like my review being on the last book. Good old fashion Redundancies. ;) Everything aside. Well done Michael. A story well flushed out shows that you live what you write. And I respect that with all my heart. Thank you.

Such a bitter sweet ending. Bitter because my time with Dave and Party Zero is over. Sweet because of the ending. Loved this series. Best to you Mike.

I'm happy with the conclusion to this story.
My only complaint is I had a hard time following what was happening in this book. It may have been because I was tired or distracted.

I'm curious to see if any other stories pop out of this universe.

I enjoyed this series.
