Great little bundle for your mental health

I've struggled with anxiety for a few years now and I'd heard about CBT and wanted to give it a shot. This book gave me some really useful exercises to help me understand the triggers I have and how to work through the things that make me anxious. Really helps you reframe your life and change your perspective for the better.

Extremely Informative
