This is the audiobook I've been looking for! I have emotional eating issues from childhood from being denied food searched for many years on how to cope this is what I needed

This is an amazing audiobook about emotional eating. This is a mindful, intuitive audiobook to discover how to eat and live healthily. Well speaking by the author. I highly recommended for this audiobook.

I chose this perfect audiobook for all

An excellent audiobook for me. I'm satisfied with this fiction audiobook. The Author will listen to it. Recommended! our enjoyment of food is completely entangled with our emotional existence. and that's not entirely a bad thing. I chose this perfect audiobook for all.
