its a fun ride

I picked up this as just a book to listen as I go to bed. Soon it pushed my other book I was in the middle of to be all I was listening to.

Funny and a great read

Just finished the books 1-3 set. This was a refreshingly new perspective on military space stories. All three books were great! Narration was great! I finished them faster than I intended because I had to know what was coming next. It was literally a joy to listen to this set. So now I’m about to order the other available audible books.

Like and didn’t like.

Fun story. What I didn’t like is the wide variation in volume. I had to keep adjusting volume.

Really good story line and narrative

Good grief was drinking coffee and then the storyline cracked a joke while Brad was piloting next thing I know there’s coffee spraying everywhere and I am busting up laughing so hard. Really enjoyed listening to all 3 and awesome job by the narrator, I liked the change in the epilogue with Jessica and looking forward to hearing more of her story.

Michael great, Madeleine dreadful

Was greatly enjoying this book and the excellent narration by Michael Murphy until suddenly Madeleine comes on with less inflection and diversity than an AI voice 😟

I assume Michael was unavailable for the second volume but it's like running a truck into a brick wall -- so dissonant, so disapointing
