great blend of space and fantasy

Humans are not the strongest but just maybe they can survive. Or maybe Humans will die into the dark fog of history.

Was alright

The book itself was alright. The universe is unique and adaptable to the plot, the characters however are a little bit tough to follow

Can't Win Them All

The premis of this story is good. The execution of it is phoned in. The narration is superb. I don't wish to offer any spoilers but know this before going in, mythical space prophets meet space military. The story begins with a lost battle. It then moves onto an angry Admiral and a confused "special" person. The story beings to fall flat at this point with some very weak character development and misplaced plot points. The action is solid. The characters are ok and mostly well written. Overall, this is a book best picked up on a two for one deal or a bundle set. I'd avoid using a credit on it. If it goes on sale, it's worth a listen. Otherwise, wait for the bundle book version.
