Publisher's Summary

The easy, rock-solid productivity system that works. Are you tired of losing control of your day?

The Drumbeat starts with an extreme makeover of your to-do list. You'll look at your day in sets and sessions, not hour after hour after hour of interruptions, boring meetings, and chores. What if your day were more like play than work? Learn how to get your real work done. Enjoy jam sessions with your team that have a set purpose. Then set a timer to beat the clock on those pesky task finales.

Find out how to create a "Beat Your Goals" culture. Small groups are almost always smarter than the smartest person in the meeting. Who's responsible for getting your team thinking like one?

The Drumbeat will show you how to not only be your own Chief Thinking Officer, but also to create a playbook for how things are done around here. Learn what seven skills every team member needs to take their star turn as an "A" player. You can just hand out the Drumbeat to every team member or customize it to fit your industry and company. An assessment is included to identify your weakest beats and how to perfect those rhythms that are almost in the pocket. The Drumbeat helps you find your irresistible beat to surpass your wildest goals.

Good content. Lack luster narrator.

I struggled at times to listen due to the narrator. His reading and voice felt flat.
