The story I’ve been waiting for

Excellent plot and, once again, a superb performance. Wrapping up a number of loose ends from the previous books in the series.

Superb Storytelling and Characters

Rhys Dylan is a superb storyteller. His characters are rich and relatable. His main character Evan Warlow - “The Wolf” and his close knit team become real with each of Tobias’ words as he makes the characters come alive with his reads Rhys’ stories. Totally hooked on these characters and not so patiently waiting for the next novel in the series having listened to them all!

I waited until this book to leave a review. This is now my absolute favorite series! The characters are all different and interesting in their own way. I love the fact that though there are issues with some of the officers conduct all of the main characters are good honest police officers. I hate it when the main characters are overly attacked by their bosses and are investigated and that’s made the focus. It’s a huge let down for me and honestly and I usually stop ready/listening. So far they have alluded to issues and have some “attacking” by their bosses but it’s not a main focus and it’s not bringing everyone down or having the main characters suddenly being corrupt!! Please keep up the good work and I can’t wait to read more!!

Just gets Better & Better…

This series is in my top 2 … the characters are genuine with all the pros & cons that we, as humans, all have in us. I can’t find any negative reviews!!

A very well rounded cast of characters! This is an entertaining series from the first book to present. Gills puns however are the best.
