Me: Uh-oh. He's waking up. Time for round...three? Four? I've lost count. Tell me I'm a coldhearted man-eating bitch with no soul. Tell me!

Imogen: You're a coldhearted man-eating bitch with no soul? Only, you're not. So...you're on your own with this one. Except if you need me of course. I've got All Thai'd Up on speed dial, three bottles of Josh in the rack.

Me: If this goes south - or anywhere except nowhere, you'd better make it four. Or six. Because we're either going to be incredible together, or we'll destroy each other. There will be no in between.

Love this series. Really enjoyed this book! ❤️

Jasinda is one of my favorite authors. Her characters are ridiculous and funny and broken and real. Audra and Franco are no exception. They are so broken over past hurts, they’ve lived their lives protecting themselves. But they can’t protect themselves from each other. They were meant to be, they both knew it and it scared both of them to death. In the end, we got a lovely HEA and along the way we got a wonderful story.
The narration was good...not great. Nothing really to complain about. Just a little uptight.
Overall, it’s a winner. I’d buy it again.

Stubborn--but I liked it

While both of them were really stubborn and promiscuous, the two of them just kind of fit. Their similarities, which really pushed them apart, was also what drew them together. I really enjoyed the narration by Summer Roberts and am enjoying this series. The book seemed shorter than it actually was. I am not sure which book is next, but I can't wait for James' story.

Zero surprises, no enjoyable banter, completely predictable.

The first book in the Dad Bad series was interesting (Hammered). But Drilled had no surprises and no enjoyable banter. The writing is bland and lifeless, the story is completely predictable.
