Beautifully told instructions for self discovery
Wow! I’m just in the second chapter and already know that this is a seriously life-enhancing book. I am super excited to be reading this & so far,it seems to be a clear & easy to follow guide to discovering one’s self on a much deeper level. I love the idea of applying a step-by-step process to incorporate ancient wisdom into our modern lives. I can’t wait to read her idiots guide to Ayurveda & Her cookbook looks absolutely beautiful! I just now purchased both & I know that this is exactly what I need at this point in time to further enhance my health & spirituality, which of course will in turn create more joy & peace in my life. I’m wishing the same for you!

Such a GOOD book!!
I loved this book. It had personal experiences and that was nice to listen to because I could relate to her stories. I learned a lot about the chakras and dharma archetypes which made me more curious to dive deeper into. She dishes loads of knowledge throughout the book. I listened to it within a week of coming out. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn ways to find your life purpose and just going with the flow of the universes plan for you! Her quotes her stuck with me.
