Steamy!

Very hot, Evangeline knows how to push the boundary's without going over, it makes for a very sexy romance. I like Evangeline Anderson books really well, but sometimes I wish she would take something's one step farther. I can't really explain it but I feel like she sets up the story line but doesn't expound much on the conclusion. For instance the problem with Count Delarosa seemed to have had a quick ending. I would have liked to have had more conflict for the main characters to have to overcome. I'm not saying what happened isn't good, I just feel like the books could be taking just that much farther. I like Charlottes gay friend and would have like to have had him in the story more, maybe to take him with them as a corky side character. I would have liked that the female characters in all of the series have more interaction with animals. Such as the Drakos or the animals in the death room from this book. But even with all my thoughts on how to make the books better they were still really good and I will be continuing on. Narrators were both good.

Hands Down - Favorite of the Series

This book is SO MUCH of what I love. Evangeline Anderson is an amazing storyteller. Her stories always pull me in and hold me captive...captive like the dishes can wait, delivery is fine for dinner, who cares if I need sleep...captive. I really wasn't sure how I would like a more dominant female, submissive male relationship. I do love my alpha males. What EA managed to do, though, was a combination of both. Kristoff is yummy. I know that's not the most poetic word, but he is. He's a very strong male who serves Charlotte. Charlotte is confidant with Kristoff which gives her strength to face what she has to do. Great story and very sexy. Narration is also extremely good. Pick it up...like now...you won't regret it.

Only halfway through and....

I am loving every minute of it. This entire series is beyond amazing. Narrators are phenomenal. Worth the credit! 😊

Amazing

I was waiting for this book and could not wait to download it took me almost a day-and-a-half to finish it but loved every moment I would definitely recommend that you should read the first two books or listen before you get to the Third.
if you're looking for a book that has action suspense love, steamy moments then this is the book for you this is the third book I have listened to from this author and I really enjoy her imagination the way it flows there are few things that she constantly repeats but overall enjoyable. I also like both the narrator's I can't wait till they fix the fourth one this is not a cliffhanger.

worth the credit

This is a great series. Not just sex, lots of character building and none of the books end in cliff hangers. It is best to read them in order sonce the characters from the previous books show up in each of the stories.

just can't

While the whinning of the heroines in the previous books was irritating the story was enoughto keep me buying books and listening. This book though is just too much. You have a counsel which is supposed to balance the empress. They are pulling such tricks that are ridiculous but noone notices or has anything to say about it. The empress is too "worried" about upsetting her people to do anything about it. just can't continue

As always a great listen. Evangeline Anderson creates some wonderful stories, and this series is no different.
I enjoy both reading and listening. I work a cleaning job so I listen at night while cleaning it's great, so please keep the audible coming. Both narrators did an excellent job. I enjoy a good narrator.

Fun

I loved how cheesy some of the author went with the story however she keeps repeating some of sexual acts through out all her other stories. Which makes it a little corn balled. Like, "he didn't want me to close my eyes but look at him instead while he rubbed my nub pearl until I came..."- stuff like that.
The performance that was given was great, & I liked the way she wrote each chapter from both main characters' perspectives. Which both performers giving a fun and seamless transitions and kept the story flowing. I like the way she writes her stories because she does not only focus on the sexual content; instead the sexual content is used as a natural occurrence to help keep the story flowing. Overall this was a good story in my opinion.

Absolutely fantastic

I loved this book. True love wins the day, with bumps and bruises along the way. Two shoals learned to be find that love can't be denied by a deitity. The series is great and the audio along just wonderful

Another great book from Evangeline

I love the way Evangeline writes. You are gripped to the story from the first few pages and can’t put the book down. If you have read any of Evangeline’s books then you will be looking for the next book as soon as you finished one. A definite 5 stars rating. Don’t like to give away the story as I want you to read it for yourself and enjoy it too. Happy reading ladies.
