It is hard to give results from listening to this book as I was asleep most of the time. Time will tell if any of it sank in. What I did hear in the beginning, over the couple of nights I listened to it as I fell asleep, was enjoyable enough to hold my attention and relaxing enough for me to fall asleep while listening to the words and the music. Manifestation is all the rage now. Not new, but getting more attention lately, so people are trying it more frequently for self-help and to develop things in their lives that matter. I have always believed in NLP and manifestation, so I am happy to have listened to this and recommend it to anyone who wants to work on positive aspects in their lives.

It is tough to say how much I got out of this audiobook because I kept falling asleep while listening but honestly, that’s kind of a compliment. The parts I did catch were calming, engaging, and paired nicely with the background music, which made it easy to drift off. Manifestation is everywhere these days, and while it’s not a new idea, it’s definitely getting a lot more attention. I’ve always believed in NLP and manifestation, so I’m glad I gave this a listen. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to bring more positivity into their life or explore manifestation in a relaxing, approachable way.
