The book doesn't have many technical language so it's an easy listen. Don't double think it, buy it. You won't regret it!

I’d give it 5 stars for its depth of knowledge and practical applications for everyday life.

A powerful defense strategy

As someone who has suffered the manipulative assaults of an individual with what can only be described as an acute level of NPD, I know all too well how these individuals can pull your entire sense of reality from right under your feet and have you questioning your very core. The emotional downward spiral from these instances is enough to drive someone mad. But the funny thing is, when this happens, one has been completely misled and manipulated by the genius but dark talents of someone who has so many wounds of their own that they have learned to twist up others either to serve their own agendas and egos, protect their false sense of self, or just to watch the world burn. (In short, it's actually nothing to do with you!) And this is more toxic than a sewer full of asbestos. However, it’s not all doom and gloom where the NPD individual holds all of the power.
