Stories and everything to help you relate. I really did not know much about this topic, and it is eye opening. Learning to not be in isolation is key, and the book provides clear steps.
The bonus affirmations are fantastic.
Elevating your emotional intelligence, and becoming more resilient are very important and good life skills. I think any reader would walk away, knowing they feel more equipped to deal with situations like this.

This is an amazingly helpful book that dives deep into all the various kinds of manipulative tactics, breaking them down with solid background info and real-life examples and well-known historical cases. I also enjoyed the various exercises. The insights are seriously useful for spotting and avoiding these behaviors in your own life and should be taught to everyone teenage and up. I appreciate the overall tone as well- not sensationalistic and alarming, but well balanced.

Overall, super cool book and I would recommend it to anyone. I also wish it was available in other languages as I’d love to share it with my non-English-speaking family members.
