Publisher's Summary

Why can’t I start what I put my mind too? Where does the time go? Seems like you never have enough. Wouldn’t it be nice to add an extra six to eight hours to your day?

There’re so many things to do yet you can’t get started. Everyone knows doing work that’s not important can’t fill the gap for what really needs to be done. Top performers know this. They know that if they spend time on non-essential busy work, they’ll never be successful.

If you’re one of the thousands of people who wish they could start what they put their mind too, the answer is simple. You need to adjust your habits, put your focus where it counts. In this audiobook, I’ll show you how to do that. I’ll teach you to figure out which tasks are worthy of attention, and how to focus on actions that clearly move you forward.

This book will be your guide to:

  • Gain a new perspective on old useless habits and ineffective patterns
  • Discover new, useful ways to become extremely productive fast
  • Unlock the power of “time chunking” and learn to leverage your peak energy
  • Reveal the secret of Parkinson’s Law and use it to propel yourself forward
  • Master your ability to dial in your focus and eliminate silly distractions

When you order this audiobook, you make a decision to regain control of your life. No longer will you let hours slip by doing tasks that don’t matter. Instead, you take action and become productive accomplishing more in one month than in the past year. Discover little pockets of time hidden in places you didn’t notice before.

Stop doubting yourself and take action now. I’ll show you how to identify time leaks that waste away your day and how to put your focus where it really counts.

It IS possible to add hours back to your day. It starts with a decision to create change. When you’re ready to turn procrastination into productivity, scroll up and order this audiobook today.

Best Ever

The bottom line with this book is this: if you struggle with procrastination and you feel like you’re stuck like I was, the solution is in the Anti-Procrastination Habit system. I’ve started using it and I’ve already taken action on tasks I was putting off for years. I just needed a solid, straight forward system to help out and explain why I was feeling overwhelmed.

Book doesn't start until ch 10

For a book on productivity it sure wastes a lot of time. I would not recommend.

Not good

The book is very list driven. Which truly doesn't help. The author keeps telling me about what to do but it just seems impersonal and listy.
And it makes it worse that that the narrator is very blah.

Good but assemble of the content could be better

It has many good ideas and also information from other habit books, but at the end the assemble of all of the content left me expecting for a little bit more.

Most of all, the narrator has a very cold and flat style, I had a I had a tough time engaging you with the book

Not groundbreaking but good insight

Nothing that's spectacularly new if you read books like this often, however it gives great insight on how to identify where your procrastination comes from and how to break down daunting tasks to make them more palpable.

Check out this book if you are looking for a quick read with great recommendations. There is some redundancy in the book but most likely a good thing because they are things you should work in to your day to ensure that you don’t procrastinate. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work.

Like all of his others

The author gives practical steps and there's a website to use after you read the book. The book is short enough for a chronic procrastinator to actually finish. Looking forward to applying what I learned (and have already started the smaller changes). Thanks Stephen Patterson!
