Awesome book

Probably the fullest guide available on this topic - I can't imagine anyone having a procrastination problem this won't cure. explained in a personal, warm style, it's like having a good friend help you when you're going wrong. Loads of good, practical hints and tips

Useful method

Very Helpful Book

Very Helpful Book that a lot of tips how to handle time . Now I know how to managed my time and not to waste it . I will organized everything by setting all in right routine using time management. Good one

Procrastination is tricky, but the more I listen, the more I am convinced I can beat it slowly and methodically. This book explains a variety of ways to stop or at least slow down your procrastination habits. It has activities you can do to follow along

Very important book

Very practical to overcome procrastinating. I put some on practice and I'm a little bit more organized and productive. There is some redundancy in the book but most likely a good thing because they are things you should work into your day to ensure that you don’t procrastinate. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work.
