Because within ODIN there is General Operations, which speaks for itself; ODIN 5i, which deals with intelligence gathering; and then there is ODIN 1i, which deals in operations so sensitive not even the CIA can touch them. All three are run with an iron first by The Chief, a giant with a gigantic IQ. His top agent is Alex Mason. Unable to pause, not even for meals.
I've listened to them all Jason Jasper's books. A non stop thriller where doing good is rarely easy, or even legal. Despite what others think, he'll do the right thing his way, selflessly (usually), whatever it takes. Consequences be damned.

Action packed installment!
It is easy to say this latest episode in Jason Kaspar’s Shadow Strike Series is the best yet. As these stories go on the stories get richer, the action gets more intense and the investigation into finding Eric Weiss begins to get clearer. In the case of Covert Kill, I received a review copy of the audiobook from the publisher not only was the story excellent as I have alluded to earlier, I got an excellent introduction to Corey M. Snow. Mr. Snow’s narration added a dimension to this story that was missing in the previous Shadow Strike stories that I have read. This leads me to believe listening to the previous books would be an excellent undertaking.
