Hang in there! 2nd half of book is good!

Good narration. The 1st half of the book is frustrating because the annoying FMC irrational arguing and story is sloooow to start. Good spice and story does evolve and you get invested.

It was okay

The story itself is interesting but I’m not really a fan of the way it was written, it was kind of repetitive at times.

Wish the next book was out! Will have to read the book and also listen to the narration when it does come!

Interesting type of magic. The story is new and exciting. I think the second will be better than the first. Great book. I wanted more spice but there was some 🌶️.

Loved this book.

I’m an avid romantasy reader and so thoroughly enjoyed this book. The banter and wit won me over from the beginning. The character development is wonderful. The world building is pretty good. Spice is pretty darn good. I was super annoyed with the performance at the beginning but fell in love with Summer Robert’s by the end.
