Great guide for some mild emotional problems
I definitely found value in this book. Even though this kind of treatment is a kind of advanced practical therapy, for some mild everyday things, it should be enough. For more severe problems, I advise going for a professional therapist.

Everyday guide
I love that you don't have to read or listen to it all at once. Also, because it is kind of difficult to digest all the information at one time. I finished it in 3 days - approximately 1 hour of content per day. I would say that the book is decent, considering that the topic is really scientific and for some, it can be a little difficult to understand.
The good thing about this book is that you can always come back to a certain topic and get reminders on what you should do and how you should behave in certain situations. I found that really valuable.

Brake bad behavior
One of the biggest benefits of this book I consider the practical advice. I had read a few books of this kind and none of them gave enough practical advice. At least not even close to this one. I would highly recommended this book for people who want results!
