Off brand for me and I loved every minute

Never thought I’d like this book and I was definitely cringing in several parts but it was fun and I’m excited to continue the series

Kidnapping That I Can Get Behind?

4.5 stars on the first installment. I got a heroine that really has a set of ovaries. I love how she grows and begins to find herself. She got stronger as it went on, and wasn’t a doormat! She was good about picking her battles, and didn’t just fall to her knees. The sex was fun, and the story was great. I even liked the alpha male in this one. Most of the time in these books I think the male is a huge asshole ( he is in a like able way) and want them to take a bullet. I actually laughed through some of this, which was great. The supporting cast added what was needed. I also read the second and recommend it too!

Read a few other books by this author. I like her writing style and character development. In this one we have a grumpy mafia guy and a bad girl turned doormat turned back to bad girl.
Cliff hanger ending.
Narration was great.

this was amazing. I love a strong female lead role. and I am all in for the smuts. just wow! the end tho really left me hanging so I just had to go on to the 2nd book. if you like dark mafia theme stories with really good smuts, this is for you.
