Good info - Lackluster performance

I have been in sales for 11 years and can say that the principals are sound here, but the delivery left a lot to be desired. I don't normally critique the recording itself, but this seems to have been done in a garage with dubious editing.

The information provided can help pull together a variety of techniques to help you polish any type of sales pitch. If you can ignore some of the hokey parts and made up "formulas" you could gain a lot here.

Great book - I'm starting Realty; Great insight

Good book. Lots of great ideas and suggestions. This largely describes the psychological angle to selling. Everything is psychological, so good book
