For Budding Buddhists & the Simply Studious

Few people have explained the process of meditation as detailed and from a practical acceptance of the difficulties in quieting the mind. Most people who talk about meditation just explain the logistics of meditation such as when, where and for how long to meditate.

Easy read and great information on Buddhism

People have different opinions about Buddhism. Some say it is a religion, some say it is not. Some people would consider it more of a Psychology than a religion. No matter what each person says about it, what's important is its purpose. I loved this book and read it within two days! Author goes into great detail with a brief explanation of each Buddhist concept.
