A little too fast

I had to slow it to 0.8 to make the breathing slow enough. Otherwise good and relaxing.

Amazing

My daughter who is just turning 6 is struggling with peaceful sleep. We have been using this nightly to get us to sleep and she is waking up rejuvenated, calm and happy for the first time in months!

This was so intensely relaxing. Well written, well read and perfectly effective. I would recommend to everyone! Even if you’re in no need of a sleep aid, this will make your sleep feel 10x for rejuvenating!

Yoga Nidra - A Tad Long But Good

I really liked this help-you-sleep audio, which turns out to be yoga nidra! The woman's voice was perfect. Not so soft I strained to hear but not intrusive. The audio starts with breathing. I liked the way it early on said I was just where I was supposed to be. Sometimes in this frantic world we constantly feel everything is off kilter. I liked that she early on said to sort of pick an intention. She guided me to all the external parts of my body and there were very few I didn't immediately sense firmly. The last part of the audio is breathing, while counting down from 30 and if you lose count start again. That ran a little bit long. The only change I'd make is to say something at the very end of the audio to let people know it's over but the TONE that's playing while you're breathing gradually fades, so I guess that's the cue. A keeper.

Each of these relaxation tapes use 'relaxing all your body parts' how about use of images like 'tracking the motion of a SM

Body part isolation is on all these relaxation tape. How about guided imagery or affirmations?

Best of the series

This is my favorite in the sleep and relaxation series. It relaxes me completely when stressed mid-day and puts be down to sleep.
