Unexpected twists and turns! Good character detail and story.

Another amazing book by Kathrine Faulkner!! I wish she would write more so I have something to read. I love the mom perspective and did not expect the story to go as it did! It’s a complexed masterpiece

This was the slowest disjointed story I've ever listened to. I really dislike stories like this that just meander from one place to another, like two or three stories in one. Just Awful.

I LOATHE Alice and the narrator

I LOATHE Alice- she is awful! Why would you make a lead character so annoying and is consumed with other people’s lives, she needs to mind her own business- I almost threw in the towel so many times because she is just the worst.
I also NEVER say this- but the kid is OBNOXIOUS- might just be the narrator but either way they ruined this book. What a disappointment.
