Oh my goodness I had forgotten how much that enjoyed this one. Brett and Tallies story. I highly recommend listening to this one alone or through headphones because it's 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

The only thing that would have made it better was if it was voiced solely by Adian Snow, and I say that because he's my favorite male narrator and I want him to read everything to me!!

unsuspecting love

absolutely amazing, after reading first then listening, it's kinda different like I'm finding things I missed reading, like there's more to the story, narration was amazing, the voices just fit, thank you for another great story, Dana Zamora

Loved this book. You really get to know the black bandits and Ian Black. The story is very well written and you just can't help but to fall in love with all of them

Black Tie is phenomenal

I really enjoyed Black Tie!! I have read all of Lynn Raye Harris' books to-date and this one is up in the top! I really enjoyed the narrators and the story line was great! you should totally pick up this book If you want twists and turns and a Rollercoaster of a ride!

Love this series

This is the 2nd book in the Blacks Bandits series and I loved the characters and the interactions. Great plot and chemistry. Looking forward to more books by Lynn.

Black Bandits are HOT

Black's Bandits is becoming my favorite Lynn Raye Harris series and definitely a one-click series. These guys all come from mixed and troubled pasts and the mystery of Ian Black continues to intrigue.

Lynn does "pulled from the headlines" stories very well and this story about sex trafficking is no different. Tallie's story is told in a way that feels like it could really happen to anyone. Brett's reasoning for saving Tallie and his passion for fighting the cause makes him one of the more swoon-worthy heroes I've read in a long time. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good romance and this could be listened to as a stand-alone this early in the series, however, I would recommend listening
to pretty much the entire HOT series when you are done to get caught up and get to know the Bandits better from other perspectives.

The audio narrators did a great job of capturing these characters and keeping my attention. Both Maxine Mitchell and Dan Bittner were new to me, but they were fabulous.

Compelling story

This is such a compelling story. The backstory for Brett about his mother is heartbreaking. But look at what he has become because of his life experiences. And I'm not referring to the mercenary, but the man he is. He has a huge heart that most don't ever get to see. All they see is the hardness, but they don't look below the surface. Tallie does.

Although Tallie's life hasn't bee easy the last few years, she never expected to be kidnapped and auctioned. No one ever expects that. Lucky for her Brett was there. She is saved from an even more horrible experience, but she doesn't know that yet.

I like that they took their time to trust each other and get to know one another. Add in things that were not said or were not to be repeated, it made it hard to know for sure if Brett really was a good guy.

Finally, we have Natasha. I'm still trying to figure out this woman. I do not know what her endgame is, but Lord help whoever is in her sights. When it is time for her book, I can't wait to see who can tame her enough to think about settling down. I don't know if she will ever settle down, but someone will make her consider it. Only time will tell.

I have since listened to the audiobook. Maxine Mitchell is steady as always. She handles both the female and male characters well. Dan Bittner is new to me. I may have listened to him once or twice before, but he's not a normal narrator for me. I enjoyed his portrayal of Brett. I think he makes an excellent "bandit".

A Black Tie Event

I devoured this book! Alpha hero, strong heroine, action, adventure, intrigue, mystery, steam, and hello Ian Black! The story hooked me from the beginning and kept me well engaged throughout the book.

Fantastic addition to the series!!!

I have mad love for the Black's Bandits series after only 2 books. First of all we have time with Ian Black. Add in the fact that he has some of the best men working for him, and I'm all in with this book.

Tallie Grant is abducted while on a business trip in France and is put up for auction to the highest bidder. Brett Wheeler is working undercover to try and put the end to a human trafficking operation, when he sees Tallie and knows he has to save her...no matter the cost. I will be honest; I pretty much fell for Brett Wheeler right then and there.

While I hated the way Tallie and Brett met, I absolutely loved their journey together. Brett and Tallie absolutely seemed to get each other pretty much from the beginning. I knew they had each found their person pretty much from the beginning. The suspense elements in this book kept me on the edge of my seat pretty much until the end. I love a book that keeps me guessing when there are elements of suspense and Black Tie did that in spades. Add in the super hot chemistry between Tallie and Brett, and any time we get with Ian Black, and Black Tie was the total package.

Black Tie was like catnip to me. I love a good romantic suspense book, and Lynn Raye Harris does an amazing job each and every time. I highly recommend the Black Bandits series as well as the Hostile Operations series of books to anyone who love romantic suspense books.

Maxine Mitchell & Dan Bittner did a wonderful job bringing Black Tie to life. I had originally read the book when it was first released, and really loved it. The narrator duo absolutely kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time I was listening. Flawless transition between narrators helped keep me engaged from start to finish. Both Ms. Mitchell and Mr. Bittner did fantastic jobs with both female and male characters, and it was easy to differentiate between all the characters. Another fantastic addition to the Black’s Bandits series!

This BDI Series Continues to Excite!!

I especially enjoy these stories as each one has a different approach to things. In this story we have a young woman Tallie on a trip to Europe to buy antiques. She is captured by traffickers and auctioned off. Fortunately for her, the winner of her bid is working undercover to infiltrate the operation.

Tallie has a hard time believing the man who wins her is a “good guy”. There is also a bidder who is a poor winner, and still wants Tallie for himself.

Both these main characters have some history which makes it hard to move forward. Fast-paced, exciting and romantic. A Terrific read or listen!

Captivating!

This is the first book in the Black's Bandits series, a Military romance. Tallie and Brett's story is fast-paced, action packed, suspenseful, and entertaining, filled with mystery, and twists and turns. Tallie is beautiful and strong. Brett, a mercenary, is handsome and protective. They are perfect together. Their chemistry is off the charts. The storyline is breathtakingly captivating. Impossible to put it down. Maxine Mitchell is already one of my favorite narrators. Dan Bittner is a new narrator to me. He has a great voice, pleasant to listen to. They did an excellent job with the narration. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to listening to Black Out, the next book in the series.

Incredible

The narration is very entertaining and full of emotions and storyline. This was a book that kept me involved from start to finish.

I loved that there was the romance and then the overall storyline. The overall storyline was intriguing the suspense was intense. This is a series not to be missed.

The narrators bring this audiobook alive!

I loved this second audiobook in the Black's Bandits series. The story was captivating and had me on the edge of my seat. I adored Brett and Tallie as a couple, they had fabulous chemistry and I really enjoyed the journey they went on for their HEA .
This is such an exciting spin off from the amazing HOT series, and with every story a little more incite into who sexy, mysterious Ian Black really is and what drives him.
