What does an ancient Jewish prophet have to do with modern America? What, if anything, can we learn from a man who lived 2,400 years ago as a captive in the land we now call Iraq? As it turns out, quite a bit. David and Jason Benham are convinced the biblical example of Daniel holds the keys to contemporary Christians thriving in a world increasingly hostile to people of faith. Like Daniel, believers today find themselves in a changing culture, one opposed to the god they serve.
David Green believes that generosity and building a legacy based on giving can lead to getting back what you really want: a family that stays together, prays together, and shares life joyfully. Green tells the story of caring for the small things and starting Hobby Lobby in their garage.
What happens when we stop avoiding difficult people and simply love everyone? In the highly-anticipated follow-up to the best-selling phenomenon Love Does, Bob Goff takes listeners on an entertaining, life-altering journey into the secret of living without fear, care, constraint, or worry.

According to time management expert Laura Vanderkam, mornings hold the key to taking control of our schedules. If we use them wisely, we can build habits that will allow us to lead happier, more productive lives. Drawing on real-life anecdotes and scientific research that shows why the early hours of the day are so important, Vanderkam reveals how successful people use mornings to help them accomplish things that are often impossible to take care of later in the day.
You were created for a purpose, and it's time to make it happen. Make It Happen is the story of how I surrendered my fear, took the leap, and got a life. In my case, a perfectly imperfect, fulfilling life as a mama, a working woman, and a grateful wife. This is the story of how I chose to make "it" - a greater purpose than mine - happen, and how you can too.
Divine health and prosperity are better than divine healing and provision. If you live in divine health and prosperity, you won't need a miracle to get healed or to pay your bills. If you can't see the difference between the two, that may be one reason you only visit God's best instead of truly living in it. Most Christians live in a place where it's just a matter of time before there's a crisis in their lives and they need a miracle. You might think it would be wonderful to go from miracle to miracle, but that means you'd also be going from crisis to crisis!

For many believers, operating in the gifts of the Spirit has become a normal way of life. Yet there is one often-misunderstood gift crucial to the well-being of the church: the gift of discerning spirits. This gift is the powerful supernatural ability to hear and see into the spiritual realm, yet many people who have it may think they are crazy. Finding no help from the church, some have turned to medical doctors and actually been diagnosed with a mental disorder. Jennifer Eivaz, a trusted prophetic voice, has been there, and she offers hope, healing, and practical help.
Every day we make choices. And those choices accumulate and eventually become our life story. What would your life look like if you became an expert at making those choices? In this inspiring guidebook, New York Times best-selling author Craig Groeschel shows how the choices that are in your power, if aligned with biblical principles, will lead to a life you've never imagined.
Translating God serves as an inspirational guide book that puts God's great love back into prophetic ministry as a primary goal full of real life stories that articulate the culture of love behind God's heart for the prophetic. So much of the prophetic ministry is esoteric, but this book brings balance without taking away the desire to see the powerful nature of God displayed. On top of that, it's biblically based and is supported by scripture throughout each story.

"Two nationally acclaimed real estate entrepreneurs share biblical principles to revolutionize your work and family life and give you the courage to stand up for what is right."
This book follows the story of highly motivated and entrepreneurial twin brothers David and Jason Benham, from their formative years and ventures into professional baseball to their rise as owners of a multimillion-dollar business empire and securing an HGTV reality series. It's a journey where the brothers learned how they must die to their dreams not just once but twice as they walked away from baseball before being called up to the Big Show and later as their TV series was stripped away from them just before airing when the network succumbed to media pressures surrounding their faith. These experiences only helped them realize that the key to powerful living is found when you die to your dreams, face your fears, and choose to live powerfully through it all. The biblical principles they implemented to guide their work and families are revealed in practical terms to apply to our daily lives and give us courage to stand for what is right. The book will expand on principles such as:
The storyline and narrative is very engaging and thought provoking.
I appreciate their authenticity and boldness as the Benham Brothers share their truths about their lives.

For me, the first half of the book was a little drug out. But the second half was powerful, spot on, and a perfect example of how your life and business ambitions should be pursued. Be prepared to recognize some of your weaknesses and shortcomings, and a great way! The book will totally make you wonder, exactly how much more successful your entrepreneurial endeavors would have been had you totally adhered to God every step of the way.
Awesome book that will encourage and challenge you to boldly stand for Christ. Loved the authors reading with inserts of humor.
I listened to this book at the perfect time in my life. Praise the Lord.
I really enjoyed this book it was a great eye opener for every day life!
I will definitely be getting the real book to highlight notes in! There are so many great take- aways in this book that are all applicable to your daily life.
Loved this book. The Benham Brothers story is an encouraging example of Christian life. Scripture is used through out the book to bring across the life lessons in the chapters. If you like sports, baseball, you will enjoy hearing about these twins and how God propelled them in their careers together and apart. The most encouraging part is their godly example in their business dealings and the honesty about how hard it can be to always tell the truth and be accountable for your actions. It's challenging in that it makes me want to strive to be a better Christian. Definitely would recommend this book.
One of the best books I've read this year. If you like seeing God work not just in your life but in other people's lives as well, you are going to so love this book! Them Benham brothers do an amazing job in showing you how a close, personal, loving, intimate relationship with God is the key for Him to do amazing things in your life and they give you a ton of practical advice you can apply to your own life and your relationship with God. You will so enjoy this book! I know I will be listening to it several more times!!!
