So many emotions

What a great book! First, I am so glad that the author decided to read her own book because the emotion in her voice while telling her story was unbelievable! So many different emotions throughout the book. It definitely put a lot into perspective. She shares very insightful stories from her experiences and relates them to every day situations that we would all go through. This book is worth reading/listening to. I was sharing snippets with my husband, and got emotional when sharing.

absolutely love every minute of listening

I heard Evy talking on a podcast in an interview and her personality, her story and expression rushed me to buy her book. When I saw on Amazon, that she is reading the audiobook herself, I have changed the order to it. Very happy, that I did that. She has a very patient, calming soothing voice, and also can hear the tones of the meaningful messages for real, what she meant to express. This book is well put together. I see, she has a lot of fantastic knowledge and experience, which is fascinating for us, regular people. Besides the stories, this is a very educational book, to get to know ourselves and others better in our everyday lives. I feel that she also did her full research to include the most information about the certain topic she is tackling. I rewind many chapters, and I know that I will be listening to this book more times again. I bet, that I will hear new information, what I have missed at this time. I have not felt bored at any moment, all chapters are fantastic. Thank you, Evy!!!!

Phenomenal

Evy has an incredible story and insight to offer people to feel empowered. She has a keen way of making psychological concepts easily understandable and practical for the lay person seeking to gain control over their lives. I am very thankful for this book and have shared it with my friends. I am confident every person who reads or listens to this book will gain something to benefit themselves. .

Amazing Book!

Not what I was expecting- it was even better! I cannot wait until her next book!

Pretty good

I have been vacillating between giving this 3 stars or 4 stars. The book rarely GRABBED my attention, many parts of it are dull, and some of the topics are weird.
That being said, there is a lot of great information in here and the overall goal/theme (becoming bulletproof in all aspects of life) is great. Evy does a great performance reading it herself, and her life and experience is surely inspiring. She obviously poured her heart and soul into this book.
