Unfortunately, the massive sleeping dragon inside the Rift is aware of Jeremy and has a particular dislike of his mere presence. If he makes one wrong move, he is at risk of annoying the powerful Rift Overseer and being completely and utterly obliterated–and there would be nothing he could do to stop it from happening.

Can Jeremy survive the dangers that the Rift presents while taking advantage of his unique position? Or will he discover that the world outside is somehow even more dangerous than a Level 300 dragon that could destroy an entire empire as easily as breathing?

Regardless of the obstacles in his way, the up-and-coming collector is sure to add even more powerful Affinities to his collection.

Good story (that needs some editing)

Plot is great. The actual writing can use some editing and the narration somehow emphasizes that but will definitely get the 3rd installment.

fast paced and well structured, I've obsessively binged book one and two. eagerly awaiting the third installment.

Fun book

I am really enjoying this fast paced development of powers style this author is writing and the voice acting is top notch. Especially every time someone is confused and shocked by what the main character can do. It's so satisfying.

Another banger.

WOW that is another great story by Jonathan Brooks. Along with another great performance by Miles Milei.

Wonderful continuation of the story with this second book! Couldn’t put this story down as our MC continues to outsmart obstacles in really fun and imaginative ways and collects more cool affinities!
