500 years ago, the Evolution System descended on Earth, and the world ended. Facing a transforming world, terrifying monsters and a new race of hostile elves, humans had no choice but to fight back with Awakened magic powers.
For Imani, a young and ambitious Awakened, the world of magic and skills is all he’s ever known. Trapped in the walls of an isolated, overpopulated town with dwindling resources, he’s taught that survival means following rules. However, by putting his life on the line and defying one of those rules, Imani is granted a rare reward: a Settlement Stone.
Unfortunately, building a new settlement in the middle of an uncharted forest is no easy task. The woods are filled with evolved monsters, hidden dungeons, and danger. Worse still, the nearby land is claimed by a powerful, savage tribe of elven warriors, led by a queen as ruthless as she is mysterious.
To prevail, Imani must grow stronger, build a stable settlement, clear nearby dungeons, and find resources, all while defending his new home from humans, elves, monsters, and even a deadly siege.

However... the writer makes the fatal mistake of doing exactly what all of the feminist comics and anime do. he can't be more powerful than the females. In the storyline. upon meeting the main female protector of the Yaya clan... (yes that is the name) which is comprised of wait for it? Yes, incredibly strong independent female warriors. that's right folks is another one of those. of course, he has to spend about 2 or 3 chapters in between fighting for their lives. Describing exactly how beautiful the warriors are. While they're trying to kill him and his entire settlement. but it's the same completely ridiculous. Ohh, you're on our territory, and even though you haven't done anything whatsoever to show that you're violent or that you mean us harm? And even though we attacked you first, you are the horrible people. And we must eradicate you from our kind. there's even a point in the story where the main character again. (Who I particularly thought was written fairly well, but you can't get past feminism Ladies and Gentlemen.) yep, you guessed it. They have to have a fight. Which she attacks him out of nowhere that he just happens to be caught off guard. And soundedly beats him to where she is about to crush his head with her mace. (Yes, a female is using a mace. I know cliche.) and he just happens to be saved for some stupid plot, armor reason because god forbid he's able to defend himself against a female elf. That's trying to kill him again.
If you like overbearing, bossy, strong, independent underrealistic women that force their men to fall in love with them after beating the crap out of them.Relentlessly, for no reason, then this is the book for you.
On the off chance at the author is about to read this or ever does look man. I don't know what feminist or white night bullshit. That you got wrapped up in to force this kind of writing. But stop it. men and women don't like to read books that are about weak men fighting strong women. That is a woke concept that does not exist in the real world. Grow a at of balls.
Strong woman anime trope nonsense...
