Oh, Holly he ll, this was spectacular. I don't know what I expected when I started this, but Shadows Never Lie exceeded my expectations. It took my expectations and threw them down the window Dominic crawled in every night.

The way this book starts and ends is seriously diab0lical. Like... WHAT DO YOU MEAN? And then we get the background story and our hearts fall in love and then hurt and omg, Lark, seriously, stop hurti_ng me. I didn't sign up for this. I'm not saying I regret it, but a little warning would be nice, you know?

Every Lark Taylor book I read becomes suddenly my new fav. At this point don't even ask me to choose cuz I can't... but Dominic and Ryan for sure have now a piece of my heart they stole and I can't get back.

I cannot wait to see what happens next. Seriously, what was that ending? Good thing I have the 2nd book already and I can dive right into it. Small mercies, I guess...

I hope in the next book we have more Dominic pov's cuz I need to be in that baby's head and see what he thinks.

Oh, I love them. I LOVE them. I LOVE THEM.

If you are a fan of audiobooks, yeah, I highly, highly recommend it too. As always, kind of Brit so maybe check the sample first, but yeah, the audiobook was AMAZING.
