Dark Age absolutely lived up to the hype!

Dark Age absolutely lived up to the hype. It was brutal, heartbreaking, and had me emotionally wrecked more than once, but I couldn’t put it down. Pierce Brown doesn’t pull any punches, and the stakes felt higher than ever. Despite all the pain and impossible choices, I’d still follow Darrow into an Iron Rain without hesitation.

The GraphicAudio version made it even better. The voice cast brought every character to life, and the performances made the emotional moments hit that much harder.

The pacing of action was very well done

I love graphic audio. Yall are amazing as usual. I’ll have to read light bringer but that’s because you guys got me addicted

You quite legitimately couldn’t find a better voice cast for this series if you tried. Every last moment that hit me in my independent initial read of the series is only shown in greater orders of magnitude here.

Pierce Brown continues to raise the bar. Rather than resting on the success of the original trilogy, he has expanded the scope of Red Rising without sacrificing its heart. Few authors can make me laugh, grieve, cheer, and literally bounce with anticipation within the span of a few chapters. His characters continue to evolve in meaningful ways, and the world has grown into something far richer than a simple war story. Bravo once again, Mr. Brown.
