Characters were more fleshed out and continued to grow, including side characters. Itching for another in the series.

Wow this book just hits.

Top tier, one of the best books ive come across in a minute. The thriller/anticipation is intense, the story and the stakes are great. I hope theirs another book after this one. Its a book that takes you through the life of a seemingly amature adventurer who has good enough knowledge in magic as a necromancer. In this book he works a bit on his rune crafting, and basic skills in to how to blend into a city from the street urchins, to organized gangs, to city infesting cult. Then using necromancy to kill them all.
