Pain, suffering and loss are things that have been commonplace since day one, and Boxxy is not only entirely undaunted, but also eager to share those valuable lessons with its new "companion." With things both shiny and tasty on the line, the crafty killer has every intention of showing that lich who's boss.

Assuming Boxxy manages to find it, of course.

good minus the sex stuff

I read litrpg for the worlds and stories not for 20-30 mins of erotica in these books... come on I can't recommend this to friends, I'm not 13 any more

it has been a while since I have enjoyed a series so much. I definitely recommend this comedic masterpiece. keep them coming!!

Another exceptional Murder Hobo tale

The 3rd story in the tale of Boxxy and his MurderHobo crew of misfits continues to captivate and entertain. The addition of Divine Forces and an unexpected recruitment drive add to their comically dark destabilizing of lives across the Kingdom. Exceptional story, characters, and narration continue to enthrall and hold me to the story. A better distraction from our world than an internet full of cats. Introvert reccomended.

you really get to love the characters but I'm not a fan of the SA even for plot. Just makes me uncomfortable. and there is some language that takes me out of the world when it's unnecessarily vulgar to add shock value. but overall I love this series and recommend it to my dnd buddies all the time

Almost as good

I really enjoyed books 1 and 2 so I was looking forward to this one too. It was hurt a lot by a lull early on. The best parts made this a worthy addition to the series. Several times though I found myself thinking Vortena was "good enough" rather than "good." Although I'm glad I listened to it, I'm probably done with this series now.

The narration was as perfect as ever, if not better. Jeff Hays has never let me down so far.

Boxy Does it again!!

By Volume 3 I am confident that this series has what it takes to be a great multi volume series. The characters show pretty good development arcs with the gnome's being the best in my opinion. This series takes what is best about RPGs and adds in enough comedy and style to make it a winner (Boxy's dance number was funny as hell!!)
I look forward to Volumes 4,5, and 6 of this series at least.

Should buy this funny series

Definitely full of surprises and funny innuendos. Loved listening to this tale as I worked. Even if my coworkers had given me odd looks for my sudden laughter.

I look forward to hearing book 4 on Audible.
