Eye opening in a good way

Libby shines a light on the dark areas of motherhood that are construed as normal by society or otherwise not spoken about. I only recently started following her on social media and I’m so glad I did. She’s the kind of mom friend I need because she makes me feel like it’s ok to not be ok. Listening to her book and all the things she’s overcome just makes me love and respect her even more.

Libby talks real life, even when it is ugly. I'm not the only one battling a difficult childhood with no village to speak of, trying to piece together my own quilt of support. Her vulnerability to share so much that resonates so deeply, made me feel less alone.
