And Corvin King in duet style? 🔥🔥. Rachel Leblang also performed beautifully. Naturally following Corvin led me to Skyler Mason's "Prince of Power" and needless to say I am now invested in this series...looking forward to Book 2!

I went into this blind - never read anything from this author before. Didn’t t really know what to expect - only info was from the book blurb. I loved it!! And the narration was perfection!!

Dark (but not too dark) and a bit angsty, but so good! Not your typical trope. I now have to hope for a second book about other characters from this one and visit the existing books from Skyler Mason. Completely enjoyed this one.

This deserves a higher score than 3.7 on goodreads.

i listen to about 10 audiobooks a month, so i have listened to many I dont like. Though this book is similar to many there was somthing about it i really liked..not sure what made it stand out but im eagerly awaiting more from this author.

I was disappointed by this book. it was confusing. story seemed rushed, incomplete, and juvenile. absolutely not worth an audible credit.

MMC was excellent. The FMC was an insufferable doormat TW & Spoiler Alerts below….

Ava was an insecure embarrassing insufferable doormat who allowed the people who hurt her to walk all over her. The only person she showed defiance towards was Damien the only man in the story who protected her and showed genuine love to her he deserved better.Coraine slapped her and she defended her. Rhett who was suppose to be her best friend gave her over to Damien for a virgin sacrifice and she tried to off herself to protect him from Damien. Cane kidnapped her and she was still concerned for his well being afterwards. She is very naive, ignorant and hot headed. I finished the story because I love Corvin King😘 The Female narrator voice was annoying. Is it worth the credit? No!
