Every fairytale had a villain, and this way of life was ours.

Coming from nothing and gaining something is a lot to handle. Can they hang on to it?

A year after moving in together on Lot 62, Devon and Maddox have a whole new dynamic to adjust to—cohabitation. Merging their personalities and energies into one tiny trailer is a lot to handle, but so is their relationship. There are bound to be some growing pains, and these two are about to work through them all.

As they strive to steady their relationship, they also have a horde of troubles coming their way.

Jim is out of prison with a new plan.

Devon is a product of his upbringing and doesn't always make the smartest decisions.

Maddox runs interference while suffering the consequences of their reality.

With threats on their doorstep, Maddox and Devon learn how to prioritize the hard way. All that matters is that they're together, and they'll stop at nothing to ensure they are.

The future may seem bleak, but their bond and the love they share will have to get them through the dark to the future they're dreaming about.

This is book two in the From Nothing series. Garron Park (book one) must be listened to first. Lot 62 is a continuation of Garron Park, focusing on the relationship between Maddox and Devon. MM enemies-to-lovers romance.

I love this series so far. It really encaptures how messy life can really be. Some right that off as "too much angst", but no that is reality sometimes. Lot 62 shows how hard fought happy endings can be, and that they are always worth the fight.

The much needed continuation

Devon and Maddox will live in my heart forever. From giggling to crying to raging to aggressively swooning, this brought all the feels!! Enemies to lovers, starting with an actual fist fight.

The narrators did an amazing job bringing madd and dev to life! felt all the emotions! so well done!

This was a 2025 reread for me, and this time I listened to the newly released audiobook and wow, hearing Lot 62 brought to life by Brandon Francis and Gabriel Michael made the whole experience hit differently. These narrators are Maddox and Devon. Their voices capture the sharp edges, the quiet desperation, and the obsessive love between these two in a way that somehow makes the story feel even more intimate and intense.

And okay, I have to mention Chapter 10...the scene at the fairgrounds. Hearing Maddox in that moment? Absolutely sent me. I was laughing so hard. It was funny when I read it the first time, sure, but getting to hear it...with all the need and chaos and that slightly feral Maddox energy was a whole new level. I had to pause the audio just to cackle properly.

But beyond the humor, the story still packs a punch. Life after Garron Park doesn’t magically get easier. Maddox and Devon are navigating the mess of their reality, sharing a tiny trailer, dealing with trauma, and trying to protect what they’ve built even as outside threats close in. They’re codependent, probably a little toxic, but fiercely in love. And somehow, that love is their lifeline.

If you’ve read Garron Park, don’t miss the chance to experience Lot 62 on audio. It brings a whole new layer of emotion, humor, and heart.

Even better the second time, especially on audio

I thought I had reviewed this one already…but the way I love this series is crazy. The Narrators are amazing, they get Maddox and Devon’s personalities and the way their conflict breeds their love and passion. It’s been a comfort read since it was released - now it’s a comfort listen.

FINALLY!!!

If you’re the type of person that loves an enemies to lovers story with some spicy this is literally the best. I loved the first book and the second so much I finished them both in a couple days. The dynamic between the characters had me smiling like an idiot and laughing along with them. Genuinely one of the sweetest and funniest books I’ve listened to in a while.

Genuinely great

I love how raw this series is. It's poetry to self hatred, guilt, poor living, trailer park trash love and finding love and peace in all of it. Not all things are shiny and fancy cars and houses and beautiful. Sometimes it's jailhouse tattoos, psycho parents, stained tshirts and cheap beer. And Devon and Maddox shows how love and aggression and brokenness can be fulfilling and all we need. I've read a lot of romance and fantasy and MM but this book is...golden. I loved the first book but this one just took me out. It's hot! So freaking hot. It's raw. It's validating in a way. *swoon*
